For Individuals Seeking Therapy

Finding the right therapist for you is very important. When you feel ready, please get in touch and we can arrange a free, no obligation 20 minutes Zoom conversation to hear more about the reasons you seek therapy. If you then wish to proceed – we will book a 55 minutes initial appointment. This will give both of us a chance to learn more about each other and to sense whether we can work together.

Counselling  is not a ‘magic pill’. It requires time and a commitment to weekly meetings. Each person is unique and the length of therapy can vary from 6 sessions to an open ended therapy which can continue for years. During our initial appointment we will look at your needs together and understand what is right for you.

 

Fees

The fee is £75 for a 55 minutes session. I do work with people with various financial circumstances. If the standard fee doesn’t suit your income, please get in touch as I might have availability for some  reduced fee sessions.

 

I offer online sessions and face to face from my private practice in Maidenhead.

 

Cancellations:

Once we begin our work we would allocate a regular time-slot which would be dedicated to you. Cancelling would require an advance notice of 48 hours. Sessions which are cancelled at a shorter notice will be charged in full.
